Hornswoggled by Barnes & Noble

An avid reader named Brantley asked for a Nook for Xmas this year, but his family order it wicked late and so he had to wait forever to get it. He finally has his Nook now and Barnes & Noble wants to make sure that he can't enjoy it. He tells his tale of woe on Consumerist today.
